Meditation ... it isn't what you think. If you've tried it ... and dropped it just as quickly, then you might get a chuckle out of the above "pie chart." Meditation is more about being present than trying to do anything. If you would like to learn more, please join Insight Denver on the first Thursday of every month, from 6-6:45 pm to ask questions, be guided on a short sit, and then have time to reflect and explore your experience.
