**Last month** we reviewed up through page 129 and wow! A few insights members pointed out were *The opposite of love is judgement and **The power behind you is always greater than the problems in front of you***, as well as ***Realize what it is that you have never lost***, just to name a few.

More and more RJ is reiterating and emphasizing how the power lies withing knowing, not thinking, the extreme difference between following the Ego mind identity (the matrix) and the true self, the I AM.

The more we align with our true selves, the I AM, the more we expand in our power, wisdom and love, and the less we are living out our past.

All of us are noticing the moments we get triggered and feel how uncomfortable it is now inside of a more conscious mind, with the immediate goal of getting back to alignment as soon as possible.

Members are also noticing the ***freight train*** of thought and make sure to isolate, go for a walk, and pace (reminds me of ZeN), among other things, to get back to the access point of alignment. It's exciting to see this empowering shift!

Here's an excerpt from the book: "***Through experience, your reservoir of unconditional love and timeless wisdom (sentience) deepens. As this occurs, your heart softens and your will strengthens. Evolution is the accrual of love and wisdom, and along with it, you literally become more and more powerful."***
