In this event, I am joined by Dr Sinéad O'Donovan. We spend too much of our lives worrying about what others think of us. It means we give our power away too easily, instead of focusing on self care. Self Acceptance is the practice of recognising and embracing your authentic self, complete with your strengths and flaws.
It's the first step in unleashing your power. You can still feel hurt by others, because you are human, but they can't change the essence of who you are, because that's just not on the table to negotiate.

The first part of this event will give you practical techniques to bolster
your Self Acceptance.

The second part of this event is about what is happening inside your body. Every person we work with, manage or love is a person who carries an invisible load. When that load goes unaddressed, it takes its toll and diminishes your power.

What will you get from this?
1st, what invisible load actually is, and the research behind it.
2nd, what happens inside your body when that load becomes chronic.
3rd, what to do about it. 3 things you can do starting tomorrow that will change how you show up at work and at home.
