Big change is overrated.

There's a Japanese word for a step-by-step approach.
Kaizen. It means continuous improvement through small, consistent steps.

What most people don't know? It's also an incredible personal development tool.

The research backs this up. Teresa Amabile and Steven Kramer analysed nearly 12,000 daily diary entries to understand progress at work. They found that making progress on meaningful work, even small progress, was one of the strongest drivers of motivation and a positive inner work life.

That matters because we underestimate small wins. We wait for the promotion, the finished project, the major breakthrough.

I have spent 25 years using kaizen across engineering and healthcare. I now use it to help people build their confidence in overcoming challenges. It is an incredible personal development tool.

In this webinar, we will use kaizen together, live.

You will use it for whatever challenge you are facing.

- People-pleasing
- Struggling to lead through disruptive change
- Overthinking.

The only requirement is that you come along with a specific, personal challenge you want to help move forwards on. And some pieces of A4 paper and a pen!

See you there. I can't wait.

Warmest regards
Paula
