Brain Health and Avoiding Burnout Get involved in this exciting collaboration with BUILD YOUR INCREDIBLE & INSPIRE9 On this lunchtime session, we shall start to understand the most incredible structure on the planet - our brains. Technology has left our brains over stimulated and under activated. We will learn how to workout our most important muscle. Through fun and interactive exercises we will take back control of our brain and mental health and build sustainable digital practices. We look forward to welcoming you for a fun, engaging and thought-provoking workshop.

Through powerful discussions & exercises we improve strategies, mindset, habits and key skills leading to actual long term change. The ultimate aim is to improve performance, health and feelings of meaning and purpose for each individual.
About Mike: Hi! I'm a performance coach who loves to work with everyday people and elite achievers who want to get more from their career, life and relationships. I focus on all areas of performance, applying knowledge and practical skills from my Performance Psychology Masters degree from Edinburgh University, Scotland and my background running a professional sports betting syndicate. Leading a team of sports analysts for over a decade, helped me hone practical skills around team culture, psychology, risk and decision making in a high pressure environment. I'm originally from Yorkshire & now live in Melbourne. I love golf, sports, hiking, food, people & having a laugh :0
