People Centric Organizations

In our last email, we invited you to share in what we have been up to with People Centric Organizations (PCO). Since then, there has been a great deal of interest and collaboration in the preparation for our next MeetUp. If you missed our last email please go to our files at ILIOD Files to view the PCO Executive Summary for a taste of what we are working on, for you and your clients.

The PCO greatly expands the demand for your skills and services in or related to Leadership Development, Organizational Development and Team Development. We are very excited to present what we’ve been up to and invite you to come to our next meetup to actively engage in creating a message to attract--and serve--your company and customers in an expanded way.

In this meeting we will exhibit draft presentations of the PCO concept. With your input we will adapt the presentations so you can share them with your (internal or external) customers.” If you have another format you like for presenting information to customers (there are various other web based presentation formats now available), we invite you to bring your skills to help create a more compelling presentation, of a very compelling message.

We will be meeting on May 26, 2016 at 4:00 pm in the Community Room at the Vineland Branch Library located at 1450 Blossom Hill Road, San Jose, CA 95118. We will charge a modest fee to cover the cost of the room and light refreshments. We look forward to seeing you there!
