Feeling mentally full or needing a reset before the week begins?
Join us for a gentle mindful walk in nature where we slow down, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves. This is a simple, grounding way to step away from the noise of the week and return to a calmer, more centered state.
Many women come on their own, and the group is warm and welcoming.

## What to Expect
This relaxed gathering lasts about 60–75 minutes.
We’ll begin with a short grounding practice and then take a gentle walk at a comfortable pace. Along the way we’ll include quiet moments to simply notice nature and be present.
At the end, there will be an optional sharing circle for those who would like to reflect or connect with others.
There is no pressure to share — listening is always welcome.
This is not a fitness hike. The focus is on presence, reflection, and spending intentional time outdoors.
