What to Bring

• 🧘‍♀️ Yoga Mat/Blankets or Sleeping Bag/Pillow for your head- bring whatever will make you cozy during sound bath)
• ❤️ Dress cozy and comfy and bring layers for when temperature drops after sunset
• 📕 Journal or paper and pen for our intention setting & reflections
