Twenty-five lovely friend from around the world join us for this evening of community chanting, Sufi Zikr, and Dances of Universal Peace. This practice of awakening the heart with meditation, chant and live music brings a softening and polishing of the heart, using the breath, music, and chanting sacred phrases. And it is just a lot of fun! No experience necessary. All welcome!

Similar to the Dances of Universal Peace, or Sufi Dancing, Chanting is like taking time off to feed your heart and let go of some of the tension. Stay sane, stay centered, share your light, and help uplift this crazy world! Join us in simple, heart-opening practices that engender inner and outer peace. We hope you can join us for this shared time of sacred remembrance.

Rahmana Gaile leads CHANT and zikr for 30 minutes, then Shivadam offers a Medicine Buddha Chant and Dances of Universal Peace. We then offer a breakout room for 10 minutes for more personal connection.

Rahmana Gaile is a Sufi teacher, certified leader of the Dances of Universal Peace, and group facilitator of sacred chants, mantras and movement as meditation. She has offered classes and nature ceremonies for over 30 years. Her approach is loving, playful, intuitive and experiential. An elder in the path of the heart, she shares a depth that arises from years of spiritual exploration and brings warmth, joy and enthusiasm to the path of awakening.
