What is a Reiki Share? A Reiki Share (or Circle) is a collaborative session where multiple people placed their hands on or near a recipient to channel healing energy. Because several people are focusing their intent at once, the experience is often described as feeling deeply "amplified" and profoundly relaxing.

New Moon Sound Immersion
Inspired Yoga and Health, 126 NH-27 Unit A1, Raymond, NH, USWe have a “New Moon” when our moon's orbit around Earth moves it between Earth and the Sun. From Earth, the moon's surface looks dark because the illuminated side is facing away from Earth. The new moon is a time to start something new, to plant a new idea. This is a time of fresh beginnings—the start of the lunar cycle and a great time for intention setting.
Chimes, crystal bowls, and various instruments are used to envelop attendees in vibrations that promote healing. Quartz crystal bowls work by sending sound waves throughout your body, which brings harmony through oscillation and resonance. This helps restore your body's balance which in turn helps you heal.

Community Drum Circle with Evelyn
Inspired Yoga and Health, 126 NH-27 Unit A1, Raymond, NH, USReady to give hand drumming a try? A Drum Circle is an informal gathering of experienced or inexperienced percussionists who meet for the purpose of playing drums and dancing. Evelyn with guide us through some basic hand strokes to drum together. Bring a drum if you have one; we will have some available to borrow. Dancers welcome too!
