The purpose of this class is to introduce QiGong movements and exercise to help improve your balance, mobility, walking and physical and mental well-being. You will learn a variety of movements from the traditional art of Tai Ji Quan, Tai Chi and QiGong. This is primarily a standing practice but can be done in a chair. No need to sit / get up from the floor, making it accessible to many with mobility concerns. Qigong is an ancient practice to train balance, self-awareness, and controlling body movements in performing various activities of daily life.
