Isht Sodhana

Isht Sodhana, firm sensation of connectivity with a higher power, is the intention of our, potentially, first practice together. Our practice includes a warm up, a taoist inspired journey through our inner landscape, the Isht Sodhana chant and krya, and some freestyle release. This happens in my home, in the yoga room.
