Design Your Next 90 Day is a 4-hour online planning workshop designed to help you map out your next three months in a way that feels motivating, visual, and realistic.
Instead of rigid goal-setting or overwhelming yearly plans, we’ll design a 90-day life experiment using a large trifold board, sticky notes, reflection exercises, and a structured framework that makes space for both high-energy and low-energy days.
This isn’t about forcing productivity.
It’s about building clarity, momentum, and self-trust.
You’ll leave with:
• A clear 12-week vision
• 2–3 motivating abstract goals
• High- and low-energy action menus
• Three simple monthly micro-experiments
• Concrete next steps you can begin immediately

Make sure to have the following:
• 16x24 Trifold science fair board
• Sticky notes
• Markers and pens
• Any collage materials you’d like to use (magazines, printed photos, images, quotes, etc.)
• Your favourite drink or snack
