IWILL was founded in 2021 in NYC and has now grown to have 175+ women in law and a vast network of allies. We have members licensed in 20+ states and practicing in 60+ areas of law. Most importantly, the vast majority of our community are first-generation lawyers, come from various backgrounds, are immigrants, or other underrepresented individuals in law. We also speak 50+ languages and represent many rich cultures.

At IWILL, we believe that when one of us rises, we all rise. We collaborate daily and celebrate each other. We help each other become the center in our own lives and remember that we deserve and can have a brilliant law career, as well as fulfillment, peace, and joy, which exist after we exit survival mode.
