Welcome to the Institute Of Light! A group of people who are interested in meditation, healing, learning and coming together to build a community of strong, peaceful warriors. We meet regularly to do everything from from Reiki classes & meditation to gallery readings from gifted mediums & Akashic Records readings. We have a Shamanic Practitioner, Reiki Masters, a Akashic Records Reader, Tarot Reader, Angelic Practitioners and more! Come on in and have some fun!

Create Your Own Zen Garden w/ Shari

Serendipitous Sips & Wellness by ShariLife gets busy, and sometimes the greatest gift we can give ourselves is a moment of stillness.
Join me for a peaceful, hands-on workshop where you'll create your own Zen-inspired garden while learning the symbolism behind each element and simple mindfulness practices you can use every day.
Together we'll slow down, sip herbal tea, create with intention, and design a beautiful garden that serves as a daily reminder to pause, breathe, and find peace in the present moment.In this workshop you'll:
~ Create your own mini Zen garden to take home
~Learn the symbolism of sand, stones, moss, mountains, and other meaningful elements
~Enjoy a relaxing cup of herbal tea
~Practice mindful raking with a guided meditation
~Reflect on your personal intentions while you are designing your Zen GardenNo artistic experience is needed—just a willingness to slow down and enjoy the process.
