A half-day retreat devoted to self-care, soul-tending, and sacred presence in the midst of grief. Through ceremony, meditation, journaling, ritual craft, sound healing, and embodied practices, you will be guided into a restorative space where grief is honored as both tender wound and holy teacher. This immersive retreat invites you to pause, breathe, and receive deep care for body, heart, and spirit.

Grief touches every life. Whether you are navigating loss, transition, or the quiet ache of what has been left behind, this retreat is a sanctuary where your grief can be met with compassion, community, and ceremony.
During our afternoon together, you will be lovingly guided through:
• Opening Ceremony — an intentional threshold crossing to honor your grief and set sacred space.
• Guided Meditation & Journaling — gentle practices to listen deeply to your inner voice and the wisdom of your heart.
• Ritual Crafting — create a personal symbol or talisman for your grief journey.
• Tuning Fork & Sound Healing — vibrational healing to calm the nervous system and soften emotional heaviness.
• Somatic Embodied Grief Session — movement and breathwork to release stored grief from the body and invite renewal.
• Closing Blessing — integration and sealing of the day with self-care devotional and collective witness.

This retreat is for anyone carrying grief, whether fresh or ancestral, visible or hidden. Together we will weave a container of presence, healing, and self-care so you may leave feeling lighter, supported, and more deeply connected to your own inner wellspring.

What to Bring: journal, comfortable clothing, water, and an open heart.
Optional: a personal item for the altar (photo, stone, flower, or object of remembrance).
