  Event Agenda:

1. Check-in and Arrival (6:00 - 6:30)

• Guests arrive at the venue, check in, and receive name tags, dry-erase markers, and topic cards.
• Organizers will provide different name tag identifiers; the LGBT community can choose rainbow name tags to easily identify each other.
• Check-in will allocate numbers; each person will receive a number for the subsequent lucky draw.
• Groups of 10-25 people will be formed.
• After check-in, each participant will receive a welcome drink and be randomly grouped.

2. Icebreaker Social (6:30 - 7:00)

• The icebreaker social officially begins with the organizer introducing the event agenda and rules.
• Each person can introduce themselves in different ways (e.g., Group A cannot speak, Group B expresses through drawing, Group C uses body language).
• Each group will have a staff member to facilitate the interaction, and everyone will try to remember each other’s names. If there are foreign friends in the group, communication will be conducted in English.
• Challenge Round: Each group will have a name challenge where a staff member randomly selects a participant to challenge in a clockwise direction. Each participant must name another’s name, and if they fail, they lose. The person who remembers the most names wins.
• Icebreaker King Lucky Prize: The group challenge winner will receive a £50 COOLER monthly membership.

3. Deep Socializing (7:00 - 7:45)

• Staff will distribute new cards and signature cards; each participant initially receives 2-3 topic cards with different fun topics printed on them.
• The deep socializing session begins, with the organizer explaining the agenda and rules. All guests can leave their original groups to expand their social network.
• Interaction Rules: Each participant starts seeking new connections. When they identify someone they want to meet, if the other party agrees to chat, they can sign on the topic card and exchange cards, discussing the content of the topic card.
• Participants can continue to find new people for the next round of conversation and card exchange. If both parties agree, they can leave their names on the signature card.
• The communication process is flexible and relaxed; guests can freely move around the second-floor event space while enjoying snacks and drinks and engaging in deeper conversations.

4. Lucky Draw (7:45 - 8:15)

• At the host's call, staff will collect all participants' topic cards.
• Staff will tally the number of signatures each person collected, and the top ten participants with the most signatures will be entered into a lucky draw.
• Social King Lucky Prize: £176 COOLER annual membership.
• Following the host's call, a final round of the lucky draw will be conducted, open to all participants. The host will randomly select a winner from the draw box.
• Freshman Party Ultimate Lucky Prize: A trip for two to Europe.
• Participants will verify their entry numbers, and the host will invite the lucky winner on stage to receive their prize, who must invite another participant to join them on the trip to Europe.

5. Wrap-up and Closing (8:15 - 8:30)

• The host invites all winners and participants for a group photo.
• The host gives thanks and announces the end of the event.
