Each gathering unfolds as a living ceremony — weaving together movement, music, and mindful connection.

* **1st & 3rd Sundays:** Begin with cacao to open the heart, followed by kirtan, breathwork, Sunday Dance, and sound healing — a full-body immersion in rhythm and reverence.
* **2nd & 4th Sundays:** Gather in stillness for chanting and meditation, flowing into *Temple With No Walls* — an open discussion circle and shared sound experience with bowls and voice.
