2. SELECT Insurance - Customer Engagement with CRM

Select is a Scandinavian brand under WaterCircles insurance. Select insurance targets customers with above average insurance needs using a "by invitation only" distribution model and a "personal advisor service" concept. Jørgen will present Contemi's new CRM-system and how it supports their peer-to-peer distribution model and service concept.
