InTechGrate Launch: Empowering Tech. Embracing Talent.

The first InTechGrate meetup – and we’re kicking off with a government minister and one of Norway’s most impactful tech voices!

We’re proud to invite you to the very first InTechGrate meetup – a new community for everyone who wants to help build a more inclusive, diverse, and internationally connected tech industry in Norway.

And we’re starting strong:
Minister of Digitalisation and Public Governance Karianne Tung and Derviş Mansuroğlu, Principal Officer at NAV IT, will both join us and contribute to the conversation!

What can you expect?

Karianne Tung
The Minister will share her perspective on how Norway can successfully harness international tech talent, how we build a digital society that includes more people – and why it’s urgent to connect people, technology, and policy in smarter and more sustainable ways.

Derviş Mansuroğlu
Known for his passionate commitment to diversity, justice, and inclusive leadership in tech. With over 17 years of experience in the IT industry, Derviş leads a team of developers at NAV IT and has mentored many who needed a way into the Norwegian tech ecosystem. He brings technical depth, societal insight, and a rare ability to articulate what is often overlooked in tech: the value of community and psychological safety.
