About Tor-Ivar Hals
He has worked with team and leadership development for more than 15 years, and loves to explore what happens behind the surface in teams (and within ourselves) when we collaborate on complex challenges.
He holds a master’s degree in IT management, but in recent years, he has pursued education in coaching, personal development, and relational interaction. Today, he works with the development of teams and leadership groups, as well as strengthening culture and relational collaboration in workplaces.
