An evening of movement, mindfulness and connection - under the glow of the full moon. Join us on the rooftop at THE BRIDGE Wellness Hub for a beginner-friendly, guided vinyasa and breathwork experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect and find stillness.

After the session, stay a while for herbal tea, healthy bites and conversation beneath the Abu Dhabi night sky.
