Why New Year's resolutions fail - And how to make yours stick using IAT
Details
Most resolutions don’t fail because we’re lazy. They fall apart because they clash with the subconscious patterns and nervous system responses that quietly run the show.
In this free online workshop, you’ll learn how to create goals that are aligned not only with what you consciously want, but also with what your subconscious mind can genuinely support.
Although I’m based in Cape Town, this is a fully online event and warmly open to participants from anywhere in the world.
Drawing on Integrated Attachment Theory (IAT) – a neuroscience-informed, evidence-based approach developed by Thais Gibson, in this webinar we will be learning:
- Why most resolutions fall apart
- How your attachment style and subconscious patterns influence the ability to achieve your goals
- A simple framework for achieving the goals we consciously desire
- A practical tool to help you get started right away
The session will blend teaching, guided reflection, and practical exercises. You’re welcome to engage actively or listen quietly – whatever feels safest.
