Introduction to the Human Energy Field

In this workshop, you’ll learn about the different layers of the human energy field (your aura) and why understanding it is so important. Becoming aware of this invisible, precious part of yourself allows you to consciously heal and protect it.
You see, a lot of emotional and mental baggage—our own as well as other people’s—can get stuck there. When that happens, we often feel sluggish, tired, anxious, or depressed, and over time it can contribute to physical pain or dis-ease. That’s why it’s so valuable to regularly clear, protect, and repair your energy field.
This workshop is open to everyone—no previous experience is necessary. If you’re especially sensitive to other people’s energy, the practical tools you’ll receive will be especially beneficial. However, these tools will help everyone who attends to feel more grounded, empowered, and protected in your daily life.
