I created this daily practice because I need it as much as anyone. I know that consistency is the key to building trust with ourselves, and I know that showing up is infinitely easier when we have a community to show up with. This is my offering, from my heart to yours.

Embodied Mornings is our shared space to land every weekday morning. It’s a live, guided spiritual practice where we move out of our thinking minds and into the wisdom of our bodies. We anchor ourselves in a moment of self-devotion before the demands of the day begin. It’s our real, caring support system—a place to be held in a consistent practice that truly nourishes.

Following the rhythm of the seasons, we journey together through potent monthly themes like "The Foundation of Inner Security," each anchored by an insightful book that we explore as a community. Every single day, we weave together four powerful tools to support our transformation:

  • Somatic Meditation: To connect with our body's wisdom.
  • Insightful Readings: To illuminate our monthly theme.
  • Guided Journaling: To integrate the lessons into our lives.
  • EFT Tapping: To calm the nervous system and anchor new beliefs.

This is our collective journey home to ourselves. It is a shared commitment to regulating our nervous systems, building profound self-trust, and rewriting our inner dialogue with compassion.
