*Created May 2022* Welcome to a smarter approach to health! Our healthcare system is more of a "sickcare" system - it focuses on treatment over prevention - so it's on us to look after our own health.
We'll share recommendations for improving health and preventing disease, aiming to go beyond simple "diet and exercise". We'll share compelling health research, evidence-based dietary and supplement programs, helpful lab tests, apps, and more to put you in control of your own health.
