We will begin with a brief introduction to intention circles. Each participant will be given 3 minutes to speak their intention to the group as if it has already happened. Feel free to write it down in advance or you can make it up as you go. Have fun with it and don't be limited by what you believe is possible. It can be as big or small as you want. The other participants will have one minute each to mirror back to you what you just said as if it has already happened.

We will end with a brief Q&A and comments to wrap up the event. Bring paper and pen with you as it is sometimes helpful to take notes when others are speaking their intentions so you can reflect back key words they use.
