What we’re about

Welcome to the Intentional Dating Healing Circle

This is a space where we come together to heal, reflect, and grow within the realities of modern dating and relationships.

We recognize that today’s dating landscape can feel confusing, fragmented, and often dehumanizing—shaped by apps, shifting social roles, unspoken expectations, and accumulated hurt. Many of us carry wounds not only from past relationships, but from a culture that has made it harder to feel seen, chosen, and safe with one another.

In this circle, we practice witnessing—listening to and honoring the lived experiences of both men and women without blame or defensiveness. We acknowledge that each sex faces distinct challenges, pressures, and misunderstandings, and that healing happens when those realities are met with curiosity, empathy, and respect.

This group is for individuals seeking deeper connection, more intentional dating practices, and a space to unlearn patterns that no longer serve them. Through guided discussions, reflective exercises, and shared experience, we cultivate self-awareness, emotional integrity, and healthier ways of relating.

Together, we explore what new agreements between men and women might look like—agreements rooted in honesty, consent, accountability, clarity, and care. Whether you are single, dating, or partnered, you are invited to step out of isolation and into a shared commitment to doing relationships differently.

This is not about fixing one another.
It’s about healing ourselves—so that connection becomes possible again.
