Intentional Evolution - Creating New Year Growth Intentions in Community

Hello Everyone,
This is the first Intentional Evolution - Meditate, Reflect, Share and Connect Meetup event. It is open to all who are ready to be intentional about their growth and connect with others.
What will always take place during IE sessions -
1. Some short meditation periods
2. Some chances to reflect, write your thoughts down
3. Sharing your insights with others and hear others insights.
4. A topic of focus
THIS WEEK - the focus will be on walking away after 2 hours with insights to get your year off to an intentional start.
What will be a little different every week - the focus.
What this is NOT
- a debate session or a place to lecture others.
- a lecture about how to evolve (but it is encouraged you read the book Intentional Evolution - you will thank yourself, but not at all required).
- a promotional event or sales pitch for anything

Everyone is welcome no matter what your background or experience. But it will really help if you can come with an open heart and open mind and be ready to 1) look inside, and 2) be present to others who are sharing.
