ILS - Subconscious Continued…

After a spireation (spirit led ideation) kenesha and I have decided that because the online event went so well we will be hosting the same event but with more time so we can get more connected with each other and go over the topic more as well.

General* Meet-up Description:

Prototyping,
Adressing Bias
Identity,
Self Trust & Intuition,
Setting Boundaries,
Embracing emotion,
Growth Mindset,
Trauma Timeline Therapy
Addressing doubt and fear,
Creating functional routines that are Intuitively driven.

There will be specific topics (above) discussed each meet up with open dialogue and also dialogue surrounding goals with journal prompts.

If you want to attend please be mindful this is a series that builds off of each other, and the best way to foster growth is through broaching subjects that take vulnerability and this takes time and consistency. I can also add those who attend to an online google docs - that goes through the monthly topics in more detail.

The meet ups will happen every second and fourth Wednesday from 7:15- 8:45. If there is a scheduling conflict for any of the sessions please let me know and I can meet with you online, at a different time to catch you up on what was missed.

Please bring a journal/notebook as prompt questions are an important part of every session!
