CALLING ALL SOCIALLY ANXIOUS PEEPS!

If you're looking to up level your communication skills in a psychologically safe environment this is the place!

These meet ups will be a little more structured than our regular Playful Pastime events with a focused theme of communication for each event, but still playful and fun in nature, with the added element of depth that we go into through the ILS program. It's The Intentional Community meet up on steroids!

Communication Themes Will Include:

Connecting to Authenticity
De-Masking
Finding Flow
Intuitive Exercises
Reading Non Verbals
Assertiveness
Listening skills

General Itinerary will include:
Introductions,
Group or Paired Activity (these will include board games, team building games, or role playing,
A timed three minute individual mini presentation on an ILS topic

Think of these meet-ups like a 'toastmasters', yet with interactive activities that will help guide you to a space of natural vulnerability, to ignite your authentic flow in communication.
