Curious about how to build solid connections and feel more rooted, in an ever-changing world? The tools for that, involve understanding how our communication impacts our nervous systems in close relationships, and that relationships are ecosystems.
This online Lab is your chance to explore how we create and maintain relational safety through interactive sessions and science based tools.
This is a group journey, more than a masterclass, and your host has created and tended a monthly relational practice community in Portland, Oregon since 2020, which has produced at least 2 babies, many potent connections, and most importantly, a deeper relationship with Self and tools to navigate relationships in ways that support our nervous systems, and our work in the world.
Monday Evenings starting 3/30. This is for anyone wanting to support their relational self. 6-8pm Pacific time on Zoom. $350 for the 8 weeks.
