As digital project managers, we’re deeply familiar with the process of creating a great user experience for the products our teams build. But how often are the core tenets of UX forgotten when it comes to our own users: the clients? In this talk, we’ll discuss how applying well-known UX principles to your client service can lead to better, stronger relationships.

Nora Lahl is a partner at Lightburn, a full-service digital agency in Milwaukee, WI. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of positions with Milwaukee-area agencies, including project manager, producer, and print production artist. She made the leap from picas to pixels over a decade ago and never looked back. Nora is passionate about blending clients’ business needs with great user experiences and has worked on accounts ranging from Aurora Healthcare to Lakefront Brewery to Door County Visitor Bureau. She has spoken to national and local organizations about digital processes and project management.
