Event description
Join us for an afternoon discovering Sussex Day at Parham House & Gardens.
This annual event showcases the best of Sussex, with local craftspeople, artists, makers and food producers gathered in the beautiful grounds of one of the county's finest Elizabethan houses. Visitors can browse more than 30 stalls, discover local art and produce, explore the gardens, and enjoy a celebration of Sussex culture and heritage in a wonderful setting. The event runs from 12 noon until 5pm and is included with normal garden admission.
To keep the day flexible, feel free to arrive whenever suits you and explore on your own. At 3:00 pm, we'll meet at the Mower Shed Café for tea, coffee and a chat before continuing our visit or heading home. The café is a lovely spot within the grounds and serves refreshments throughout the afternoon.
Parham is a particularly special setting, with beautiful gardens, historic buildings and far-reaching views of the South Downs, making this an ideal summer outing for anyone who enjoys culture, history, gardens and discovering local creativity.
