Welcome to our Ladies Badminton Group! This meetup is for women who are available to play badminton during the day (perhaps you have a flexible working arrangement or have retired?).
We are not Olympic-standard players :-) but have all played for more than 2 years and have had some tactical training. You should be comfortable with playing a variety of shots consistently. For example, can you short and long serve, smash and defend a smash?
We aim to play weekly, so please only join if you are available to play on a fairly regular basis. Better to have say, only 10 members who turn up in person to play than 100 who remain virtual !!!
