What we’re about
YOU MUST HAVE SOME BASIC VOLLEYBALL SKILLS. NO BEGINNERS PLEASE. You do not have to be a good hitter, but you must have some playing skills. We all make mistakes, and that is very acceptable.
YOU MUST BE SIGNED UP TO PLAY..
Play is free. Donations of a non perishable food item, toiletries, etc. are accepted, but not required. Donations go to the St. Vincent DePaul Society, for those in need. Some players bring a dollar or two, and I then write a check, and post pictures on our facebook page. This is just when, and if you can.
We play on Friday nights, at St. Margaret of Scotland, school gym. It is located at 3964 Castleman Ave. St. Louis, Mo. 63110. Play begins at 730pm, no partner needed. Playing card draw. Play is limited to the first 38 to sign up. Our official site, at signupgenius, accounts for most of our signups. This site is to introduce new players. We are allowed to bring beverages, and do have a concession with some items. We have a television in the lobby, to view Cardinals and Blues games.
PLEASE BE ADVISED. THE MEMBERS WHO JOIN THIS GROUP SHOULD BE ABLE TO ATTEND. THOSE WHO JOIN, AND DO NOT SIGN UP AND ATTEND, WILL BE REMOVED FROM THIS GROUP AFTER ONE MONTH, TO MAKE ROOM FOR THE 200 PLUS PEOPLE ON THE WAITING LIST. THERE IS A 50 PERSON LIMIT ON MEETUP, FOR THIS GROUP.
