Breathing with our Parts: An IFS Breath Journey
Details
A 1-hour IFS-informed Zoom Breath Journey
In Internal Family Systems, we talk a lot about Self-energy – calm, clarity, compassion, curiosity, connection.
But many of us notice that when our systems are activated, accessing Self can feel hard or far away.
Our breath is one of the most direct, powerful tools we have to help us return to Self.
In this 1-hour guided breathwork journey, we’ll use conscious breathing and the rhytyms of music to support the nervous system, soften protective activation, and create more internal space. From this place, we can begin to attend to our parts from Self, rather than trying to think our way there. This is not about pushing, fixing, or bypassing parts.
It’s about letting the breath gently help us come home.
What to expect
- A guided breathwork journey led by Nici from Breathing in Nature
