THRIVE is an interactive course that aims to give strategies to assist with managing the sometimes-debilitating symptoms of anxiety.
It will break down the most common causes of anxiety and provide you with real and helpful ‘tools’ for your emotional ‘toolbox’. Useful for those who suffer from chronic anxiety or can occasionally find themselves stuck in ‘worry-mode’.
You will be provided with a helpful workbook, which can be an ongoing resource for life. Facilitated by Raelene Newall, a qualified counsellor.
