International Cinema Discussion Group

This is an online discussion group for enthusiasts of classic movies, art cinema, and independent film. We will explore a wide variety of films, including classic mainstream movies, cult classics, and avant-garde films, as well as outstanding examples of genres such as Western, Horror, etc. Though the selections may include some newer films, I will give preference to films which have passed the test of time and are most likely to generate interesting discussions.

We will meet every two weeks or so on Zoom to discuss one particular film (I will pick films that are easily accessible via the major streaming services) on a weekday evening. I will schedule the first meetup soon after the group launches. I look forward to meeting you!
