We're back for round two - because apparently one evening of gloriously unpronounceable Polish food just opens the floodgates of obsession.

Where else do you get to stand in front of 15 extraordinary homemade Polish dishes - all in one room, all in one night? We're talking flavors you've never tasted, textures you can't describe, and at least three things you'll be Googling on the way home.

Rules of the Polish Road, Part II:

✅ RSVP & Commit

If your answer is "probably," treat it as a "not this time." This table is reserved for the enthusiastically certain — people who are already mentally in the kitchen.

🍳 Bring a Handmade Dish

Store-bought need not apply. We're looking for recipes that survived a moment of crisis, and at least one dramatic stare-down with the oven. If your kitchen came out spotless, start over.

🥄 Bring Your Own Beverage & Serving Utensils

Without them, your magnificent creation risks being served with a rogue teaspoon and someone's optimism. Arrive equipped so your dish gets the grand entrance it deserves.

💬 Post Your Dish in the Comments Section

One kielbasa platter is a triumph. Fourteen in a row starts to feel like a very tasty glitch in the matrix. Post early so we can keep the menu gloriously diverse.

🗓️ Need to cancel? Tell us three days ahead of time.
Vanishing without notice forces us into emergency pierogi-per-person recalculations nobody signed up for. Cancel early and your empty chair can find a worthy new occupant.

⚠️ Known Side Effects:
🥟 Suddenly believing that folding dumplings is an acceptable response to stress.
🧅 Developing deeply personal opinions about onion-to-potato ratios that you will share unprompted.
🕺 Attempting to teach coworkers a Polish folk dance you learned from a YouTube rabbit hole at midnight.

This is your second chance to show up, dig in, and break bread with some genuinely amazing people. Don't let it pass you by.
