• Crispy Fried Cauliflower with Yum Yum/Gochujang sauces ( Korean )
• Jumbo Shrimp Togarashi Skewers ( Japanese )
• Fresh Herb Dipping Oil with Roasted Cherry Tomato Coulis & Balsamic Drizzle with Garlic Baguette ( Mediterannean )
• Pork Filled Wontons "chaoshou" style ( Chinese/Cantonese )
• Mango Ice-cream Dessert ( India )
