### The Plan

It’s time to take this group from a "great idea" to a "great night out!" For our very first gathering, we’re heading to Clase Azul for an evening of elevated Mexican cuisine, craft cocktails, and—most importantly—meeting the people behind the profiles.
Whether you’re here for the authentic street tacos or the premium tequila, the goal is simple: meet other local couples who share an international background. No networking, no dating pressure—just a group of adults in their 40s, 50s, and 60s looking to expand their social circle.

We chose this spot because it perfectly mirrors our group’s vibe: a blend of traditional roots and modern flair. It’s the perfect backdrop for sharing stories about where we’re from and how we ended up here in SWFL.

### The "Rules of the Table"

• The Global Duo: At least one person in your couple must be a foreigner (expat, immigrant, or long-term resident from abroad).
• No Dating: This is a space to find friends, not dates. We’re here to build a community!
• Keep it Casual: Don't worry about being the "new person"—we’re all new here!

### 📍 Logistics

• RSVP: Please update your RSVP at least 48 hours in advance so we can finalize the table count with the restaurant.
• Cost: Everyone handles their own tab at the end of the night.
