What we’re about

Remote working is great; it gives you more freedom.

The freedom to work from wherever you want, whenever you want...

But it's still work, you still experience stress, and you still experience pain.

In fact, in recent years, we have seen an increase in remote workers complaining about 'work-related pain', specifically in the neck, shoulders, and lower back, due to prolonged desk sitting and poor ergonomic setups.

And it is estimated that this type of injury, known as 'musculoskeletal pain', is costing remote companies and people up to $50 billion in compensation and lost productivity per year (source).

The truth is, however, that these injuries can be prevented, managed, and healed with just one simple treatment... Education

And that's what this group is all about: educating remote workers on the most common types of injuries.

Why listen to us?

Well, all sessions will be led by Paul Carson, AKA The Remote Physio, a UK-licensed physiotherapist (Reg # PH127231) specialising in remote physiotherapy.

Which means he diagnoses and treats injuries 100% online.

What to expect:

  • Educational webinars
  • Self-treatment workshops
