### 🌳 A bilingual nature walk to relax and connect!
Join us for a French-English hike in Gif-sur-Yvette, just outside Paris!
Enjoy a peaceful walk through nature, a friendly picnic, and relaxed conversations — half in French 🇫🇷 and half in English 🇬🇧.
Whether you want to walk, chat, or simply enjoy the scenery, everyone is welcome!

### 🏞 What’s planned:
- Departure from Gif-sur-Yvette station (RER B)
- Bilingual conversations throughout the walk
- A route through wooded hillsides, the rural Chevry plateau, and along the banks of the Yvette river
- Views of the Château de Chevry, charming hamlets, and a mix of nature and local heritage
- A relaxing picnic in the countryside
- And more surprises along the way!
Prepare to be amazed by the beauty of the Chevreuse Valley and the cultural treasures of the region!

### 🧾 Practical Information:
Registration required — please complete the reservation form so we can organize the event.
Fees:
- €5 for members
- €10 for non-members
Bring:
🥪 Your picnic
🥤 Water
👟 Comfortable walking shoes
😊 And your best smile!
Return expected around 4:30 PM.
Note: Transportation is not included — remember to buy your RER ticket or use your Navigo Pass (free transport with a valid Navigo).
Difficulty: Easy, with a few gentle hills.
⚠️ Please arrive on time — we won’t be able to wait for latecomers.
🌱 In the spirit of sustainability, we encourage you to bring reusable cutlery, napkins, and containers, and to take your trash with you.
