Sophie has been making cartoons professionally and now she is a professional cartoon. Varicose Vain is her business clown name. She has been injured in many office-related accidents and loves the feeling of an omelette sliding down her throat. Also she was a finalist of the Berlin new stand up award 2024 and is taking her clown to Edinburgh this year as part of UGLY EYES - a cabaret created in the Norwegian forest with Dr Brown.Expect music, mayhem and silliness.
Don’t expect nakedness or flamingos.

Sun’s out, laughs out! Welcome to Hair of the Dog, an English stand-up comedy open mic. Happening in the cozy outdoor beer garden of Two Fellas Brewery in Pankow.
A mix of seasoned comedians and brave newcomers take the stage to test out their best (and sometimes weirdest) material. It’s unpredictable, raw, and funny! Just the way comedy should be.
Set against the backdrop of a laid-back outdoor beer garden, this is your chance to catch great comedy in one of Berlin’s most charming hidden corners.
Whether it’s a date night, group hang, or solo adventure, come enjoy a laid-back evening filled with funny jokes, craft beer, and new energy of an open mic.
Bring your friends, grab a beer, and let the laughter cure what ales you.

It’s Lights Up! on a brand-new, completely improvised two-act musical that’s as unpredictable as it is unforgettable! With only your suggestions for inspiration, the cast weaves together a hilarious narrative packed with lovable characters, catchy tunes, and incredible harmonies. Described as “pure magic on stage,” every show is a one-night-only rollercoaster of story, sound, and spontaneous hilarity that will stick with you long after the final bow!
Hailing from the worlds of professional musical theatre and opera, Berlin’s Kaleidoscope is a powerhouse ensemble known for their stunning musicality, razor-sharp wit, and storytelling prowess. Since forming in 2022, they’ve sold out venues across Berlin, toured the UK, performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and most recently headlined the Big Sing musical improv festival in Barcelona. Now these performers are zipping up their boilersuits, lacing up their Converse, and bringing their show to the Monbijou Theatre!
