Cancel Policy
Sudden Cancels can and may be charged a cancel fee of 100% of the event fee.
Sudden Cancels are event cancellations that occur less than 24 hours before the event start time. In these cases, you must tell the organizer via comment, event chat or DM that you are cancelling suddenly.
If you are cancelling your participation more than 24 hours in advance, you can cancel without any penalty.
However, if too many cancellations even 24 hours in advance, we may pick other players instead of you at our discretion.
