International BBQ picnic with 🌸桜 (SAKURA)🌸 at しあわせの村(Shiawasenomura) in Kobe !

Due to the warm weather of this winter season, it’s said that we will enjoy SAKURA in full blooming at the end of March. This event will really hold on the best day for seeing SAKURA !
“Shiawasenomura” is a very huge nature park in west Kobe, and local Kobe people enjoy many kinds of activities included camping, short hiking, sports and Onsen on day off.
Of course, BBQ site is available there and it’s the most popular BBQ site in Kobe !
Enjoy the original BBQ of 【KIOG】under full blooming SAKURA by empty handed this time ! It’s our tradition to let you be full when we hold BBQ event, so you are gonna love it !
After eating BBQ, enjoy short hiking on the trail, playing sports or taking many photos of SAKURA interacting with many new friends ! At the main event, explore the fantastic Japanese vibe at Japanese garden with SAKURA in full blooming !
Don’t miss the amazing outdoor event that is corroborated with seeing SAKURA and BBQ !

〇 Meeting place and meeting time
The bus stop of “Sannomiya center-gai Higashiguchi” of Kobe city bus at AM10:00
※ 1 : The bus stop is in front of “Marui” nearby JR Sannomiya.
※2 : If you’d be late, we would never wait for you due to the bus schedule. We will never reply to you after the bus leave from the bus stop. What is worse, you will be asked for the cancellation fee later. Therefore, it will be better if you come to the meeting place before 10 minutes of the meeting time at the latest !

〇 Overall schedule
・10:10：Leave from the bus stop of Sannomiya center-gai Higashiguchi by Kobe city bus No.66 and move to Shiawasenomura ! (490 yen)
・10:25 : Arrive at Shiawasenomura and move to BBQ site.
・11:00: Start BBQ time !
・13:30 : Finish BBQ and start cleaning BBQ site !
・14:00 : Leave from BBQ site ! Enjoy free time by activities of short hiking, sports in the huge garden or taking photos of SAKURA !
・15:30 : Move to Japanese garden and enjoy the traditional Japanese SAKURA vibe there !
・16:00 : Leave from Japanese garden and move to the bus stop.
・16:36 : Leave from Shiawasenomura by Kobe city bus of No. 66 ! (490 yen)
・ 17:01 : Arrive at JR Sannomiya and dismiss there !

〇 Participation fee
1,500 yen for BBQ fee (Included the fee of BBQ site, BBQ ingredients, charcoal, dishes, and chopsticks)
※ Prepare only your drink and the transportation fee !

◯ Limited attendance
Max.16 persons
※ 1: Two BBQ tables (One table = 8 persons) will be available.
※ 2: If there are 8 members and the under in the participation list until “19th March (Tues.)”, the limited attendance will change to 8 persons. Therefore, it might be good if you could sign up to attend this event as soon as possible if you can make it on that day.

〇 Condition of cancelation
・If weather forecast of the previous day says that the probability of the rain is 50% over.
※ Notification of cancelation will be informed on this Meetup site by AM7:30 on the event day.

〇 Note
• Please push "Going" button if you will join it. If you would not do it, you could not join us even if you would visit our Meeting place. We will never admit that you bring someone that didn’t sign up to attend this event.
• If you could not join it after you pushed “Gong button”, please push “cancel button” by “28th March (Thur.)” at latest. If you were to cancel it after that, we’d ask you for “100% cancelation fee” !
• The organizer never takes responsibility for any trouble and any accident in this event.

今年暖のため、3月下旬には満開の桜が楽しめると言われています。まさにこれは桜の見頃の日に開催されるイベント！
「しあわせの村」は神戸の西部にある広大な自然公園で、地元神戸の人達が休日にキャンプやハイキング、スポーツ、温泉などさまざまなアクティビティを楽しんでいます。
もちろんBBQサイトも完備されており、神戸で一番人気のBBQ場です！
今回は満開の桜の下で【KIOG】オリジナルのBBQを手ぶらで楽みましょう！ BBQイベントでは満腹になるまでお食べ頂くのが我々の恒例ですので、どうかお楽しみに！
BBQを食べた後は、たくさんの新しい友達と交流しながら山道でプチハイキングをしたり、スポーやSAKURAの写真を沢山撮ったりしてお楽しみ下さい！メインイベントでは、桜が咲き誇る日本庭園で幻想的な和の雰囲気をご満喫頂けます！
お花見とBBQがコラボした最高のアウトドアイベントをどうかお見逃しなく！

2024年3月30日(土)

◯ 待ち合わせ場所と待ち合わせ時間
神戸市バス、”三宮センター街東口”のバス停にAM10:00集合
※1：バス停はJR三宮近くの「マルイ」の前にあります。
※2 : バスの時刻表の関係上、遅刻された場合はお待ち致しませんし、バス出発後は返答も致しません。また、後からキャンセル料を請求致します。よって遅くとも集合時間の10分前には集合場所にお越し頂くことを推奨致します！

〇 スケジュール（概略）
・10:10：神戸市バス66系統で三宮センター街東口バス停出発、しあわせの村へ移動！ (490円)
・10:25 : しあわせの村に到着、BBQ会場へ移動
・11:00：BBQタイムスタート！
・13:30 : BBQ終了、BBQサイトの片付け開始！
・14:00 : BBQサイトを去り、ショートハイキングや広大な広場でスポーツ、桜の写真撮影などでフリータイムをお楽しみ下さい！
・15:30：日本庭園へ移動し、日本の伝統的な桜の雰囲気をお楽しみ下さい！
・16:00：日本庭園を出発し、バス停へ移動。
・16:36 神戸市バス66系統でしあわせの村を出発！ (490円)
・17:01：JR三ノ宮に到着、解散！

〇 参加費
1,500円（BBQサイト、BBQの食材、炭、お皿やお箸の料金を含む）
※ご用意頂くのは飲み物と交通費のみ！

◯ 定員
最大16名
※1：BBQテーブルは2卓（1卓＝8名）のご用意となります。
※2：「3月19日（火）」迄に参加者名簿内が8名以下の場合、定員が8名に変更となります。よって、当日ご都合の付く方は早目の参加登録を！

〇 キャンセル条件
・前日の天気予報の降水確率が50％以上の場合。
※ キャンセルの通知はイベント当日のAM7:30迄にこのMeetupのサイトで通知します。

〇 注記
• 参加される場合、参加ボタンを押してください。参加ボタンを押されていない場合はたとえ待ち合わせ場所を訪問頂いてもご参加頂けません。また、このイベントに参加登録をしていない方をお連れする事は一切、認めません。
• 参加登録後、ご参加頂けない場合は遅くとも「3月28日（木）」迄にキャンセルをお願い致します。それ以降のキャンセルは「100％のキャンセル料」を請求致します！
• オーガナイザーはこのイベント中のいかなる事故やトラブルについての責任は負いません。
