What we’re about
Welcome to Mom & Dad Japan, a supportive space for international parents and parents-to-be living in Japan!
Our mission is to create an information hub where international parents can access the same support as Japanese families do.
To achieve this, in 2024, we are conducting workshops funded by a Kyoto Prefecture grant to improve the ways and content of information shared with multicultural families.
From 2025 onwards, we will use the insights from these workshops to create media tools, including digital books, to better support the community.
Through workshops, events, and casual meetups, we aim to address common challenges related to pregnancy, childbirth, and raising children in a multicultural environment. Whether you're looking for practical advice, friendship, or just a fun day out with your kids, this group is for you!
