As we would like to know exactly how many people are coming, we beg you to please stop participating without prior notification.
参加人数を把握したいので、参加表明されていない方の参加はお止めください。

We have 20-60% chance of rain on Saturday, according to the weather forecast.
I'm planning to use two tarps and a blue sheet as shelters.
I don't think it will rain that much.
天気予報によりますと30-60％の確率で夜にかけて雨が降ります。
夜まで雨が降るとは思えませんが、シェルターとしてタープ2枚とブルーシート1枚を屋根代わりとして使う予定です。

I am planning to host a BBQ.
let's enjoy with all our might on Saturday, July 18 at Shonai Park (at the picnic area).

Participation fee:
gentlemen 3000 yen,
ladies 2000 yen,
children 1000 yen,

Starting time: 12：30p.m.

As usual, we do not have any particular concept for our barbeque, just to drink!, eat!, make noise!, and make friends!
We aim for a very simple BBQ!
Regardless of whether you are old or new friends, we want everyone to get along and to have fun!

No matter what gender, nationality, or age you may be, people who like to have a lot of fun and make noise, people who like international gatherings, are all very welcome! ^^
The food ratio we aim for is approximately meat:7, carbs:2, vegetables:1!
We intend to prepare food and drinks in very large amounts. (beer, chu-hai, red wine, whisky, vodka, tequila, nihonshu, shochu, tea, mineral water, juice of various kinds)
For the people with a certain drink preference, we beg you to bring those drinks with you. m(_ _)m
We will buy a lot of alcoholic drinks, however as it is still quite hot, we will also buy a lot of soft drinks.
As we want to have fun for a very long while, we will do our best until a bit before nightfall.
Of course, bringing your own things is also very welcome!!

We beg you to please avoid getting too drunk and causing trouble to other people. m(_ _)m

The purpose of this BBQ is for you to naturally widen your circle of friends.
With no more to say for now, we want to thank you and expect to see you there!

Como la vez anterior, no tenemos un concepto definido para la barbacoa, simplemente deseamos que todos beban, coman y hagan mucho ruido!

Sin importar que sean viejas o nuevas amistades, queremos pasar un rato agradable juntos, sin importar tampoco el genero, la nacionalidad o la edad de los participantes. jeje! Para aquellos a quienes les gusta los encuentros internacionales, queremos que sepan que estan todos muy bienvenidos!

Prepararemos todos los alimentos y las bebidas. Ya que deseamos que todos disfruten por largo rato, trabajaremos duro por ustedes hasta poco antes que se oculte el sol. Prepararemos cantidades abundantes de comida y bebidas para que esten completamente satisfechos. (cerveza, chu-hai, vino tinto y blanco, whisky, vodka, tequila, nihonshu, te, agua mieral y varias clases de jugo)(^_^;) Si hay alguien con alguna preferencia de bebidas en particular, por favor sientase libre de traerla consigo. Compraremos muchas bebidas alcoholicas y ya que sera un dia muy caluroso probablemente, contaremos con muchas bebidas no-alcoholicas tambien. ^^
Por supuesto, si ustedes desean traer algo son bienvenidos.

Como una pequena peticion, les pedimos que por favor no beban y se emborrachen excesivamente ya que esto puede incomodar a otros participantes. m(_ _)m

7/18（土）に庄内緑地公園(ピクニック広場)でBBQします！
夏の思い出に、是非皆でBBQしよう！！

参加費：
男子3000円 女子2000円 お子様1000円
12：30分スタートです！

何時もながらコンセプトとかは特にないですが、やはり、飲んで！食べて！騒ぐ！そして友達作る！かな笑
至ってシンプルなBBQ目指してます！

食べ物、飲み物全て用意します。
余るくらいの飲み物、食べ物用意するつもりです。
(ビール、チュウハイ、ワイン赤白、ウイスキー、ウオッカ、テキーラ^^、お茶、ミネラルウォーター、ジュース数種類など)
ただ、ビールと言っても発泡酒です(^^;)
