## Here is why you need to be recommended by a Swedish job agency

Is your application marked as a trusted candidate?
There are about 400 applications for every job position.
Priority is given to candidates recommended by trusted sources such as an agency or existing employee.
Most jobs are filled by candidates who have been recommended.

Is your application being marked as spam or deleted?
Employers often get flooded with advertising spam and fake profiles. This makes it hard to identify genuine candidates.
A recommendation from a trusted agency will ensure your application gets past the spam filters and gets seen.

Is your experience unverified?
Due to the large number of applications, most employers do not have the resources to verify every CV they receive.

It is more efficient for employers to use a job agency to handle this process. The role of the job agency is to speak to each candidate and get to know their skills, experience and qualifications before making a recommendation.
